Bob handles professional liability and tort defense matters, and has tried dozens of cases in the federal and state courts of New York.  He also has extensive experience preparing and arguing appeals.  Bob also has substantial experience handling general liability insurance coverage matters.  Some of the matters he has litigated are as follows:
